The sigma is a great camera but the autofocus is fair at best. If the sigma was a car it would be a manual with no power steering or windows that performs great with the right tuning, it's a beast but it requires tinkering, tons of additions and a skilled operator. By the time it's rigged out the price goes up quite a bit Gaston recently said the price of the FX3 may be in the 3200 dollar range, hope he's right, makes more sense to me at that price.

is not even out yet and you're disappointed... there's a lot of cameras to be thankful of. i'd say wait till its released .. test it out then do you your review.

I would, but from what I know about it so far, I don't want to spend $4,000 on it you know? And I am ready to change my mind because of how much I like Sony, but so far it isn't doin it for me😭 😁👊

Specs are incredible in the A7S III and now that we're getting it in a more compact and versatile body with some updates for probably less money, you're disappointed? 🤦‍♂️

Sigma FP does not have very good video autofocus.

True. But is autofocus worth $2,500? That's just my thought. I'm more of a cinema guy anyway.
