New Speed Record Set at Gainesville! | NHRA Gatornationals Saturday Recap

The final day of qualifying has wrapped up at the 55th annual Gatornationals. A packed house of the Gainsville Faithful stuck out and waited through 4 hours of delays but were treated to some of the closest racing and fastest speeds we'll probably see all weekend. We saw Tony Stewart quickly adapt to the new Top Fuel car and another speed record fall in the NHRA for the Gainesville Raceway and concluded the highly anticipated Pep Boys All-Star Callout.

CORRECTION: If you look at the graphic it shows kenny with a faster run. i forgot to sort the list of times in my spreadsheet and it still had kenny in 17th he qualified 15th. Eric Latino is out.
