RBS winning has become the GTA version of Max Verstappen winning F1 races basically

Difference being max is competing against other drivers all doing their best to be at the top of the world, whereas RBS is walking into a lobby of people that do gfred once a week with hundreds if not thousands of hours experience.

@@crusty_magogThere are many more people like him who do Gfreds every time they have the chance. Cyptex, Verdilith, Craig, just to name a few of the top ones. The reason he's winning is because of the way he drives. He's consistent, makes quick decisions and his reaction time is insane, that's why he's so good. And even then, he's not winning everything. One of his latest videos he lost two Gfreds in a row to other players.

I'm happy that Broughy finally discovered how incredible Rebla is. I've driven so many hours in GTA Online driving it and man this car handles so good, stable and predictable and also can handle so many hits and damage during missions. Great allrounder.

The Rebla GTS has long been one of my favorite driving SUVs in vanilla GTA. I suspect it's largely unchanged here. It's such an excellent driving experience!

The BTCC does reverse grid order and success ballast for a reason, and it makes for some amazing racing. I don't know how it could be implemented on PH/8G, but it's worth investigating.

about getting burnt out with gfred. i have an idea. rename gfred to OGfred, and make new freds themed off their letter. Afred Bfred Cfred... Xfred Yfred Zfred etc. same number of checkpoints and are placed at places that have something to do with that letter, rather as the name of the place, a mission that takes place there, someone's name that did something famous/notable like a big stunt there, etc. as well as traffic only being vehicles that start with that letter. for example, Afred. Checkpoints at Alamo Sea, Astro theater, Arcadia center, Airport, Ammunation Altruist camp, etc. with traffic being alpha, adder, asterope, etc. and when it comes to the letter G, save that for the gta vi map, both to save on confusion, and in honor of the glorious gfred name that has provided so many years of entertainment. it deserves to be the first fred in vi. Gator keys, Gelhorn pawn&gun, Green Jewel hotel, Grass rivers, and whatever G thing is at the top of the map so it crosses all over the map.

In IRL terms, Broughy's character has one of the best outfits for the entirety of the trek from the starting island to the highway. Meanwhile, someone he followed up the stairs as he entered the running phase of that trek was a female character in high heels, which only handled the entire trek through game physics.

Hey Broughy, why don't you have a little competition on who can make the best G-Fred 2.0? Start from a different island, have different interesting checkpoints and have parts where cars come from both directions. We can still keep Chiliad and the Hail Mary/parachute part the same but change up all other parts.

I always thought the fun of gfred was a bunch of regular people in the stream play it for fun and antics. Idk, constantly having some of the top racers all in the same gfred takes the fun of same random guy winning. I think gfred should go back to broughy and viewers playing. Obviously there is no hate towards those top guys, i think competition comes naturally but gfred was never about that

I still think you should change the checkpoints each season. Either new checkpoints or old ones in a different order. That way nobody can grind the same route for years and it'll be new and fresh each season.

All I'm saying is that gfred was ruined when speed running became the main cause to some rather than an unpredictable race. I watch the very first gfred and I watch now and it is not even close to what it used to be. And when the same people started winning over and over again I knew it would be a problem, broughy even thought about ways to make it fair and addressed it a few weeks ago
