Genshin did add a new game mode that somewhat resembles SU that will be available later this patch They don't invest in it too much, since GI's main focus is exploration and the open world. Funny enough, even TCG is more popular with players than the Abyss

Technically if you don't have Acheron, it does make farming SU much much faster and easier (considering I only take like 5 mins at fastest to clear it per run) But all the additions with not needing to download any characters, or closing your game to retry and just everything new they added to DU just makes this thing so great. The maxing out characters thing is also really nice, it can make me run weird teams Id never use before. Maybe I'll finally use Sampo.
