Haha, yeah.. that was a screenshot with certain sensors disconnected, so it was reading an error.

Control panel will not work it gives aread out of not connected can not turn off nothing works the remote will turn the stove on or I have to turn the stove off off in the back to restart the stove panel doesn't work all the time

Can you add a thermostat to this unit! Ours is on as low as it will go but it still on and stays way to hot. We have to turn it off.

On the 22i how do I clean the filter/ opening on the left's side. Also can I add a hopper extension to it?

What does ERR mean above the flame?

ERR on the screen means that the room temperature sensor probe is not sending proper data to the computer. This usually happens when the temp sensor probe wire gets cut or damaged.

The music's annoying and it's all so annoying to say we're going to cover this in another video when I just want to know how to operate the stupid thing. The readable manual is confusing and so is this video.
