Can you adjust the HEIGHT of the seat to the floor on a medium MIKE? I wanted the room of a medium but my feet don't reach the floor.

@@goutfromfriedokra7099 The Max has power with some more adjustability. Every Stressless is designed to last a lifetime. The Mayfair has been in the lineup for a very long time and does not have electronics, if you were going for longevity, I would go for the Mayfair. Features, the Max.

I"ve had the Mike for 6 months and the controls for head rest have been a constant problem (working / not working but always clicking) now nothing works. So this $3500 chair has been nothing but stressful. At the moment.... 2 buttons just click. 2 do nothing. Any experience with that? I'll be putting in another service call to the local dealer but I was just wondering if you know something more... Thanks

I would speak with your local dealership about the proper reset procedure. Stressless did a video here on how to reset the panel: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b4GYY4SoptaVps0 Without seeing the issue, that is about as much help as we can provide. Keep in mind, any product purchased through our store is backed by a warranty that covers both parts and labor. Not all stores do this, but some will.

I just bought my Stressless MIke in June of 2022 and I am having the same problem. I tried to reset the control panel according to the you tube video on the Ekornes website (referenced in the reply below). But it did not fix the problem. Did you ever get your chair to function? I am not happy with this malfunction in this expensive chair in less than 2 months of ownership!
