Skull Rock!!! 😮 I’d love to see how Dave tackles a tropical locale

400 sq. ft. Is about the same as a 2 car garage. Including a working studio really doesn't leave much space for the railroad and the 2 mini layouts. I've been to Dave's studio and it is quite tight in reality. Nice flow for your space, Dave, luv it.

The new floor layout has a great flow to it. The Route 66 and Neverland ideas are very unique. I am looking forward to seeing how the railroad keeps expanding and to your future projects!

Great space! Not sure how I'd adjust to not having my workshop in my home though. But I suppose if your studio is a place of work, it is likely beneficial to have it outside of your home. The size is great, as it being "above ground". As a 30yr "basement dweller", I can really appreciate being above ground level, with real windows.

Thanks for the overview of your space. It really helps to understand how everything works. Does the smaller door lead to the cloak/storage room or has it been repurposed for a bathroom. You mentioned a water heater.

The new plan looks great! I also really enjoyed this episode because it gave so many glimpses into your workspace! I’m a workshop junkie, and I find it very useful to see how/what/where modelers set up their workspaces! Thanks for the subliminal views of that! The next couple years will probably find me moving to a condo and selling my house, and as a result of that, I’m growing increasingly interested in dioramas versus an operating layout due to space restraints. Have you dabbled in diorama construction to any extent? Thanks for another excellent episode!

Dave, I'm not sure why but that Route 66 diorama potential tease really perked my ears up!

Maybe because I'm in a small room for my layout, and I've visited other You Tubers "Small" rooms. Yours looks larger than I expected.

Hey Dave, in this video I noticed some guitars, which I didn't even notice when my friend and I visited the studio earlier this month. I was just curious to know if you are playing guitar in the outtro music at the end?

I do play, but that's not me at the end. That's some royalty free music from KZbin.

I guess my brass Overland SP tunnel motor won’t quite make those radii’s!
