Grow up. Full HD cameras have been a thing for some time now, but the problem is the storage. 1 hour of a full HD video @ 12 Mbps is roughly 5 GB, while one hour of a 4k video @ 50Mbps is around 22 GB. Now, under basic assumptions one hour of a 360p video is around 200 Mb. In order to keep several weeks of recordings in storage its logic to go for a lower quality, that’s what banks do. I’d rather have them do that than putting live recordings on some cheap a$5 cloud storage.

When you are given a set amount of time to turn yourself in, it’s done so you can take that time to get your affairs in order, spend time with your loved ones and start saying good bye.
