do you play with cast at max range on or off on syndra? alsoo do you think ludens is still fine for the other champs that used to build ludens, like lux? i keep hearing people saying its bad now

Hi, Zianni! Can you do a video guide about the items to build on Syndra? For me it's confusing, sometimes they build Sepaph, sometimes Luden or Stormsurge. Thanks!

I don't think there's a reason to get seraphs unless you reaaally need the shield (so against like Fizz+Kayn or something). Stormsurge rush is pretty OP (b4 the nerfs that are coming) but you run out of mana so you prob need lost chapter anyways and at that point with the shared alternator you would most often go luden to storm unless the gold breakpoints are good for luden + storm. And after Stormsurge it comboes well with Shadowflame so thats third most games, unless you need banshee which is pretty good now. And of course you would be forced to go voidstaff second if enemy has Kaenic/Hollow rushers. And just go Raba third (or fourth if Stormsurge+Shadowflame rush) pretty much all games.

since this is a syndra/ori mains habitat. What do you guys think of this fighter mage oriented builds for orianna - 1st Seraphs/Riftmaker or Liandrys/Cosmic/4th situational or Seraphs/Cosmic/Malignance(overkill on mana or never too much mana on ori but the AH feels great?)/4th situational? I go this build when i already have another champ in the team. for context I main these 2, but i've found ori pretty underwhelming in s14 compared to the other meta champs, plus I loved ori for the utility/dps potential/survivality in s13, which she is lacking a lot with the new burst items added plus the health removed from ap items (Ik she has a lot of burst potential and does 'fine' with that build but I rather play syndra in those games bc i have self peel and better range)

Loving your videos I’m new to the game haven’t hit level 30 to play ranked even yet do you think It’s okay for me to start with syndra as my main or should I play someone easier and if so any suggestions?

play her in normal try to understand her kit. i would say yes syndra is quite easy but u need to be careful cause u 0 mobility. Just play her in normals first :)

hello I am a syndra main (plat/emerald) and honestly I am kind of loving malignance fist item instead of luden's companion and not even building luden's at all. Im finding that you don't lose out on damage that much especially because syndra just has so much damage mid and late that often you are overkilling by 1k damage even if you build malignance, the extra damage and magic pen on the ult is great but the main thing is the reduced cd on ult making it less punishing to use it, and you are more likely to have it back up for fights on drake and to surprise the enemy when it is back up. Also malignance is cheaper so the powerspike is earlier which is nice as well. Not sure if this is mathematically correct as you miss out on a bit of burst but I'm not finding that luden's deals that much anyway. Any thoughts from anyone if they have tried this would be useful.

Same... And over all ludens cost 3200 which is just too much and is not that strong suprusngly

Malig = 2.8k (-10 ap = 200g Ludens = 3K (+10 ap = 200g) What you get from Malig: 20 Ult Haste + 15 base + 1.5% AP scaling (can proc 12 times max if they STAND STILL HAHA) + MR Shred only on your ult which is your last spell to be used in a combo = Worse Burst / More Up Time on Ult (8 seconds shaved off ult at max rank) / Long CD to use (minimum 64 seconds per passive use) = Not Flexible What you get from Ludens: 40 Base Damage + 8% AP Scaling (Can proc 6 times with diminishing returns against single target or spread for wave clear purposes) can be used every 2.7 - 14.4 seconds since you have cosmic insight. = Wave Clear / Poke / Burst / Low CD (Minimum 2.7 seconds) = Flexible Flexibility = Good because you aren't forcing a specific win condition

@@Zianni thanks for replying, because of just higher flat ap on items this season wave clear is really strong on syndra anyway and i use demat in many games so one q can oneshot backline most of the time once you get to an item and a half and being a bit fed, flexibility is very true though. Do you not see the value in malignance at all then or is it potentially situational?

@@theohall8510 I personally will not be building Malignance at all. Who knows what the future holds after nerfs/buffs and of course item testing continues. Ultimately, I just don't see the point in min-maxxing this part of her kit.

Hey what should i build vs tanks? i miss the liandris cosmic drive rabadon build, i was killing tanks so easy, what would you suggest vs tanky matchups?

Liandys is still the go to item for % health damage, but it no longer gives lost chapter so you need a mana item with it.

Hey, Zianni. How do you apply what you vods in game? I've been watching vods and tried applying it in game and realize that it doesn't apply that much at low elos. I was playing with my friends and they told me that I shouldn't play based on high elo vods bcs things work differently in low elo. They told me I should just focus on my individual skills but there have been multiple times where my lane is winning superbly but the rest of the map just falls off and we end up losing. If I try to play the map, I lose bcs people don't really play properly (low elo gameplay). What do I focus on?

Individual Skills = Farming (Gold Income) Proper Itemization (Proper Utilization of your Gold) Laning Mechanics (Positioning / Last Hit Windows / Trading / Cooldown Windows / Warding / Wave Manipulation / Proper Utilization of Wave Manipulation / Jungle Tracking) These basic fundamentals will carry you all the way to Masters if you learn and apply them appropriately. There are thousands of videos on each of these things alone that you can look into, just make sure you're actively applying it. (It means absolutely nothing if you know it but don't actually use it) If you deserve to climb, you'll climb. Being just average or slightly better than your opponents in ranked is not good enough. Every game should be a very clear difference in skill, focusing on your teammates is irrelevant because they are not a controllable factor. The only thing you can do is focus on improvement because climbing is a by product of improvement. Intentionally playing wrong on purpose to compensate for worse players will gain you more LP but it doesn't make you a better player. I coach a lot of players who pretend they want to improve and the moment they start losing game they go back to what they were doing before because it was "Working" for them. Don't do that please! Playing to go even or not lose is a bad mind set for growth, you should be as greedy as possible and want more and more. If you're below diamond, then the games really don't matter because it would take you maybe 20-30 games of active learning on certain skill sets to climb out of it. I watch a lot of mage players who just afk farm and pretend they're accomplishing something because they're a scaling champion. (Fun fact, you can win lane, impact the map and scale)

im currently lvl 38 and having a hard time with different matches because i still lack experience on how to play against certain champs in certain situations. HOWEVER this video helped me a lot on my overall mechanical gameplay so im really happy about that :`)
