Beautiful collection Rona! I received a Mojito to rescue about 6 months ago; it had thrips and was looking terrible! She's doing fine now and growing like mad but it's a very long (over 1.5m) single strand vine with very small leaves on short petioles. I'm going to start propagating it in a couple of weeks once spring sets in. I was hoping it would bush out but the more mature Mojitos I see the more I think they are a very strong viner and don't bush out at all! Syngoniums are hard to come by where I live so I'm happy to have it. Looking forward to seeing what you do with yours!

For the confetti and milk confetti, the petioles on a milk confetti will have pink spotting, the regular confetti will just be green/dark in color. That’s the only difference I can ever see!

I never really paid much attention to syngoniums, have had the common green one for years, in a hanging pot…but then this year I got a Red Arrow, and a few pink ones, plus Milk Confetti…I really want to try growing at least one a pole. Just got a Soltech grow light and it slightly burned two of them!

I love Syngoniums too. My struggle Syngonium is 3kings and Aurea. My least fave is the Macropyllums, and I don't have the grey ghost and green spot but I am on the hunt. I also have a big mug pot of a mixture of Syngoniums just like your Syngonium Moss wall, but mine is planted in a massive teacup and it looks like a fruit salad with all those colours.

I love the moss wall! I live in the Sonoran Desert in the US and I don't think I could have a moss wall or moss poles. The humidity is very low and I'd be watering the moss pole/ wall constantly. I have my pink syngonium climbing up a 5 foot tall garden stake that I attach the plant to using padded plant wire. My three kings is currently growing in a bushy way and has not shown any

Nora, Have you ever seen the Confetti types climb? I've not seen one. Also I think there's no difference between confetti and milk, at least not enough difference for me to buy one. Also, my Parents bought a Syngonium in the 90s and it trailed from one corner of the house to the other, outside, in Melbourne. (Kingsville) It had variegation (batik I think), but lost it, was recently propped and it regained its variegation (20+ years later).

I like to buy smaller plants, i get satisfaction out of seeing them grow out! PLUS in my experience, if they weren't grown to full size in a greenhouse they seem to acclimate more quickly to my home... I finally potted up my syngonium that I chopped a year ago. It was in water all this time LOL, it was actually rootbound in the water pot. Made me laugh. I put a wood plank in the pot and wrapped some velcro. I expect nothing but only bc its my most neglected plant (if that wasn't obvious by the whole year in water thing). The only reason I have kept it is bc I feel bad throwing plants out and risking introducing them into nature and them becoming invasive. We all know this can happen and it's a genuine concern for me, esp for plants that can be completely chopped and come right back!

I have a 3 kings syngonium and the gray ghost plant doesn't look like the Three Kings aka Jade Ghost syngonium. I wish I could post a picture of my Three Kings aka Jade Ghost syngonium. The leaves are long and thinner than the gray ghost syngonium you have. The leaf shape of the gray ghost syngonium is more similar to my pink syngonium

All plants are beautiful, especially the syngonium varieties. They are my favourite. I can tell you right now it's not the plant it's you at fault for how they look. All syngonium are different and need different things like more sun, less sun, and soil, well draining soil. Yes some are taking to this leca but the ones that are doing well are on moss poles. Your variagation is terrible hun. Absolutely terrible. Chlorophyll is what gives variagated plants their variagation. Your pinks, your fantasy aka albo variagata, your 3 kings. I have every single kind of syngonium and their variagation is amazing, I get constant compliments from my visitors and my followers. Variagated plants need lesser light to keep their variagation. Your pink splash only having one leaf with variagation is not good. Your 3 kings should look much better then that, and your maria looks terrible and I think it's the lecca. Lecca is fabulous for propagating but not for living. Variagated plants do need less light but indirect light also. I have my plants all in one room, my living room is my jungle and every plant looks how it should look, unless I pick a new one up and it's not at its best, within a few weeks they are back to their best. I use a mix of premium indoor potting mix, premium perlite, and premium orchid bark. The ones that climb are on moss poles still love that mix. You do you but maria is a beautiful syngonium and you just it grown her to her full beauty and potential.

Nora that’s a Orm Nak but she is a bit leggy? The difference between her and other pink Syngoniums is where the new leaves come out on the prior stem. IF that portion is pink then it’s an Pink Allusion or Red Heart or something else Pink but the Orm Nak has a green portion there and ONLY the Orm Nak. I enjoy your videos and because of your educational videos and trials and errors I have become a better Plant Parent. I will be trying the Focus fertilizer when also. I use a German product plus Alge at the moment. I believe the “Grey Ghost” is a hybrid? It looks like a I’d between the 2? I have almost converted all my plants into hydro/Leca and have found that due to the additional moisture My plants have no brown tips. Your plants are beautiful. Put the Wendlandii on a moss poll and it will be happy. Thanks again for the info.
