Recently shot the ts2, hands down one of the most accurate comfortable handguns. The shadow 2 is great , I like the grips better on ts2 but I’m getting the shadow 2 change up the grips. The ts2 need the pic rail. Then it would be my #1
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@alex marrero: Thank you for your comment! The TS2 is definitely a great firearm and the absence of the pic rail turns a lot of potential buyers off. Certainly, it is worth having in anyone's collection. But, if it needs to fill another role other than competition, its not going to make a lot sense to buy. But, I just can't stop shooting it! Your viewership is greatly appreciated my friend! Happy shooting!🎄💪🏾😎

In order to clean, do you have to take off red dot mount? It looks like when you need to disassemble the slide, factory rear sight seems to be on the way.
@TheGunShieldTV2 жыл бұрын
@Jacob Young: Thank you for the question & your viewership! Yes, the mount will need to be removed for detailed cleaning. However, utilizing aerosol gun scrubber and cleaning the barrel with the slide open works just fine for maintaining a clean/functional firearm. Hope this helps my friend! Happy shooting!!!💪🏾😎

Great videos (both) on the CZ TS2. I enjoyed all the valuable info. I would greatly appreciate your opinion. I am a veteran shooter very precise, and aim for precision accuracy. I don't compete, but I (used to in PPC combat). Now I usually target shoot at a 5" diameter bullseye from a 25 yard distance, standing unsupported, slow fire. I have had and shot many revolvers D/A in calibers from, 38 to 500mag. and pistols S/A in calibers from 9-10mm. All 5 round groups which ranged in size from 1.5" - 3". I am still looking for the "Perfect gun" for overall precision accuracy, without sacrificing reliability. I Would also like the ability to carry it for protection if I choose. I have brought my search down to 2 pistols, one is the Walther Q5 steel frame striker fired, and the other is either the CZ TS2 or Shadow 2. Which do you think I should choose? Thank you for your valued opicion
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@precisionmarksman: Thank you for your service & for the compliment. They really mean a lot! I too, find myself in search of "the one"!!! Unfortunately, for me it does not yet exist. The closest that I've found would be something w/ in the Stacatto line-up...(still saving for that thing tho😉!) Out of your list, the Shadow 2 Orange is the best cost effective & all around option if weight isn't a factor for you (plus, pic rail feature). The Walther is def the 1st runner up! But, do consider the size of your mitts & clothing you wear most often as a real factor to your decision. Currently, I'm rocking w/ the FN 509T as it has many aftermarket upgraded features I threw on to get me as close to "awesomeness" as possible. Please keep me in the loop on what you ultimately decide, ok? I really appreciate your viewership my friend & hope this helps! Happy Shooting!!!💪🏾😎 🇺🇸

@@TheGunShieldTV Thank you very much for your in depth opinion, I will really consider it thoroughly. As far as my cloths, I always dress the best way for the gun (carry). Its always my priority, as a thin guy I can conceal very well. Curious though, why would you pick the Shadow 2 over the TS2 excluding cost?
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@precisionmarksman: I really love the CZ platform. For me, the ergos just feel the best, aftermarket parts are widely available for upgrades/maintenance, grip options, mags, & pic rail, holsters etc!🤣😂 I guess you get my point. The quality & longevity of CZ firearms are 2nd to none & hold their resale value. Lots of attributes sure. But, the way they stack bullets atop of bullets is just mind blowing!!!

until the TS2 catches up, in design features and holster options, its really not fit to be carried

Do you think the TS2 40 cal would be a good home defense or truck gun?
@TheGunShieldTV6 ай бұрын
@kurt31451: Thank you for question! I truly believe that any firearm you're very proficient with using and comfortable carrying would be great for home/personal defense. However, bear in mind that the TS2 doesn't have a rail for weapon lights or an optics ready slide for mounting a red dot. These are two critical components to consider when choosing your self-defense firearm. I truly hope this helps in making your decision, my friend. Happy Shooting!!! 💪🏾😎
@nmhvactech54743 жыл бұрын
I agree with the factory TSO thumb rest being to small, not in the right location, and I don’t like the cut in the frame so you can’t move it. A flat frame with multiple tapped holes for adjustability would’ve been better, like Tanfoglio.
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@NMhvac Tech: Right on! Thanks for your comment! I really thought I was the only one that felt this way. Lol!😂 That's why I chose to do things my own way on the TS2 Blue Ribbon. I placed the thumb rest exactly where I needed it. Thanks so much for your viewership my friend. Happy shooting! 💪🏾😎

I have an SP-01 Tactical and I really want to like the TS2 but that is way too light of a SA trigger pull for me. No way I'd buy a handgun with a 1 lb pull even for range shooting. Is there an easy way to increase it to around 3 lbs?
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@Neal B: Thanks for your comment! Simple answer to your question...no. But, it can be done w/ swapping springs & installing an adjustable aftermarket Tac Sport/TSO SAO trigger from CZ Custom. It will allow you to achieve a heavier pull weight. Thanks for your viewership my friend! Happy shooting!!! 💪🏾😎

@@TheGunShieldTV Ha! I spend too much on guns as it is! I have a STI DVC Limited that's my primary USPSA gun. If not for that, I'd already own the TS2. where'd you get the torx screws to doublestack the CZC sidemount and the thumbrest?
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@Khanh Nguyen: Thanks so much for your question! The screws are m4x.7 flathead torx style screws. The length I bought was 20mm so I'd have enough threading. Then, just cut to length once the mount & thumbrest were dry-fitted to the frame. Any hardware store or Amazon carries these screws. Make sure you're buying the black ones & NOT zinc or stainless. Use blue loctite, too. Hope this helps my friend. Thanks for your viewership! Happy shooting! 💪🏾😎
@TheGunShieldTV3 жыл бұрын
@Khanh Nguyen: The m4 x .7 were much easier to find for me as well as tap & drill bits. Since the work was custom, I tried to choose sizes readily available. The screws were cut while installed in the firearm with a dremel cutting wheel. Then, ground & filed for flush fit. 😎👌🏾
