You mentioned in another video that you only eat one meal a day, is the food you're reviewing in your videos your meal of the day?

Basically yes. If I'm reviewing something small I'll have vegetables or salad either immediately before or after filming. Any leftovers from the things I review gets used on the days I'm not filming.
