A Businessman which fall under 44AB (Tax Audit), He paid Commerical Rent to their Landlord & limit exceed Annually 240000. 1st- Condition= Landlords have 3 share of rent, i.g. 45000/3= 15000 Per Share 2nd Condition= & Payment made separately in 3 Accounts. their is Per share under limit 240000. 3rd Condition= is that businessmen liable to Deduct TDS, if yes, then how ? 4th Condition= Same condition in Non Audit (Individuals & HUF) i.e. limit exceed 50000. Per month. Please, explain it one specific Video Sir !!
