The good thing about spy is that he can see the enemy's health. Most pyro are confident when dealing with spies, so much so that they tend to forget they are low health. When they are, try to come into the habit of calming down, press 1 and switch to your revolver, and easily shoot them down. If you see them full health and you are not confident on hitting revolver shots, you can simply run away. Also fun fact the 3 act of Jontohil2's disengaging tactic is actually applicable to all class, just easier/a bit different from other than pyro, like soldier's danger zone being his sightline so you can be on his either side and be safer, or like engineer's danger zone that is very large because he is near his sentry.

Pyro is the ultimate anti-Spy class. All it takes is a whiff of flame from the Flamethrower to ruin a Spy's stealth. Cloak? Set it on fire. Disguise? Set it on fire. 125 HP? Set it on fire. Spy just existing? SET. IT. ON. FIRE.

yes, that diabolical map is a part of Halloween only map called "Helltower" where instead of payloads unlike on "Hightower" both teams push gravestones of opposites team's boss to hell(aka the part with the giant skull island)

The Halloween event for tf2 is called Scream Fortress. There are tons of halloween themed maps and bosses to fight. There are also free contracts you can do for each of the maps. If you complete the contract you get a free Scream/halloween hat. It is a month long event. The maps are available at the beginning of October, the contracts arent available until the official update which is usually the first or 2nd week in October. This year will be my 10th Scream fortress. Ive always had lots of fun. Im sure you will too. Cant wait till you experience it:)

16:10 The Mannmelter is a secondary flare gun that has a faster projectile speed and when holding right mouse you can suck up enemy flames that are burning your teammates and in return you get both +20 health back and a free crit shot to use. Never runs out of ammo so no worries about that. Though the biggest issue is that the enemy team needs a pyro for this flare gun to work to it's fullest........though let's be honest what server DOESN'T have a pyro in it? Many say it's weak, but I say it's fine cause with that crit shot you can do 90 crit damage against other pyros which is the one thing pyro vs pyro has issues with considering they have afterburn immunity. Plus since you can extinguish your teammates constantly, you will have free crit shots against a scorch shot happy pyros. Plus it helps with the Phlog since that weapon doesn't have airblast. Also the music is from the Doom series........if you haven't heard of it.

Man melters a super cool weapon in concept. You right click to suck the fire off of a nearby teamate. and when you do so, your next shot will be a crit. this stacks, so if you extinguish 4 players with it, your next 4 shots are crits. however... for enemies to be set on fire, first of all their needs to be an enemy pyro. second, you need to be near a player who survived an encounter with said enemy pyro. third, it dosnt crit burning targets so... You overall just get less crits... its just worse all in all. However since phlog dosnt airblast, it can be used as a substitute to extinguish teamates? so... thats a plus

Oh by the way, in case you ever wanna try out a weapon, you can open the shop and then click on an item and press the test run option. It’ll put the item in your inventory for a week before automatic removal, and you can’t test another weapon at the same time .

Dragon's Fury is the best Flame Thrower when it comes to DPS. This flame thrower as double the range from stock, deals 300% more damage to burning enemies, and its firing speed increase the more conservative shots you hit, but lose the speed boost if you miss them. In general, the Dragon's Fury was designed around making Pyro as agressive as possible while nerfing in all of his support options like Spy checking and air blast spam (the Dragon's Fury can still air blast but it has a longer cooldown to shot another air blast and you can't fire your normal shots until the cooldown its over, making it much riskier.) However thanks to this increased offense, it allows Pyro to stand a fighting chance against bulkier classes like Soldiers and Heavies since in when fighting against these classes, Pyro has to depend on his air blast or cheap them with flares.

@@Jpmrocks7most of that comes down to valves duct tape solution to the particles, as they "optimized" the particle effect to look correct for players running extremely high interp settings and with around 80 ping, alongside the fact that the thing spawns almost 1000 instance trails PER SHOT (causes stutters and frame dips on weak hardware, and most nvidia hardware in my expirence) AND a hard-coded dynamic light that cannot be disabled through console commands or configs. Thankfully, for 2 of those 3 problems (particle not lining up with hitreg and the extreme amt of particle spam) casual-compatible mods DO exist, but the fact that the weapon shipped the way it did is sad because the mismatch between real and visual feedback put soooo many people off of the weapon. In my advice, try to avoid leading your shots, even if the fireball does not line up.
