Ya know commentators always say mango isn’t a good person to watch to learn stuff from but I think that’s cap I feel like you can learn so much about the game from him like the way he calls out people’s movement and what option they’re gonna go for so often is crazy.

mango plays very risky and the meta these days is all about giving your opponents very few opportunities to punish you. So basically don’t play like mango because he is outsmarting his opponent and you can’t do that cuz you’re not as smart as he is. BUT if you are smart and you watch mango, he can show you what habits your opponents might have, cuz his whole game is about forcing his opponent into playing predictably and then punishing them. That’s partly why he needs to pressure, because he has to put them in a panic situation so that they do something predictable.

@@JFox4587 I agree and you’re not wrong as the game goes farther and everyone kills you off knockdown you gotta not take bad risks for little reward. But as spacies you just have to know how to go in and honestly if you watch the tourneys where mango really wants to win he really does play safer and has smart aggression even going far back the sets where he would beat armada were the ones he was willing to shoot the gun a lot. It’s bad to watch mango when he’s just mindlessly holding forward and getting grabbed for predictable approaches

Mango hate to break it to you but the " Power Slide" was my special with Fox back in 08-09. it used to be my go-to pressure tech. I truly believe there is nothing left to discover in terms of tech with spacies.
