Love this!! Guess I'm logged in my cake decorating persona! This is Laurie LF. I think you call it drops on acetate faux stained glass technique. Jelly sounds like you need a gelli plate. Add a string or ribbon for hanging, write on the back the Azar family 2024 and it is a keepsake from your Christmas card the recipient can hang on their tree.
