I would love to see that. And by the way, I kinda wish the Bay TMNT movie could've gone a similar direction to, hear me out, like the Mandarin fake out from Iron Man 3. Have Eric Sacks being in charge of a militarized foot clan as a Shredder wannabe. Gets captured. At the ending tag, Sacks in his cell, a warden killed in front of him. Turns out a foot member is breaking him out from the order of the true Shredder (make him a Thanos). And that's how you can give respects to the source materials without upsetting the turtle community

Michael Bay's CGI turtle look was on point. However, I was hoping to actually see a more realistic, dark, R-rated reboot..with the feel of a Blade movie. Now that would be epic! What I want. I think it should follow the feel of the 1990s movie but go further since there aren't as many financial limitations. There should be tons of easter eggs like the TMNT Batman crossover. I'd like it took mix mostly the dark theme of the comics and follow season one of the 1987 cartoon. Season one was basically a 5 part movie that got expanded into an ongoing franchise because it became so popular. April should be a hot reporter and the only think I am on the fence on is whether Splinter and Hamato Yoshi are the same person.

I'd be kinda ok for more realistic designs, but then again they have never had a realistic looking design. Almost every incarnation has shown that they are supposed to actually be Red Eared Sliders, yet they lose all of the skin markings that are noticeable on Red Eared Sliders, and particularly their species' namesake of the red (orange or yellow) 'ear' marking on the side of their heads. But then again that's probably just me since I actually had a Slider as a pet, even their size before the ooze they are already abnormally larger than what they are as babies, they are usually about the size of like a quarter to silver dollar, where someone could theoretically probably actually hold all four in the palm of just one hand without them even touching each other if they were babies.

I think it’d be cool if the movie was in the style of the comics. Black and white but with some colors to show emphasis on which character is which. Like all the turtles have dark red headbands but their eyes are red, blue, purple, and orange. April could also have her yellow jumpsuit or jacket. I think it’d be super stylish and beautiful.

Just getting this out there because it is a common misconception about the 2007 TMNT movie. It is not a continuation of the 90's trilogy, It is it's own continuity that is not part of any past or future versions of the turtles.

@@3CFilms True, and also the Shredder helmet on the shelf matches the one from those films, but I think they were just nods to those films, like how the design models are closer to the design of the 2003 Turtles show. I have searched a bit and I've seen quite a bit of Info that says it takes place in it's own universe. Also in Turtles Forever during the multiverse reveal scene they were shown separately from the 90's turtles. It's a strange thing because there is lots of evidence for and against which is why it's always somewhat perplexed me as to the placement of this movie in the franchise.

I remember Nickelodeon did a short on their KZbin channel that starred the trio of guys from Workaholics as the Turtles (with Eric Bauza as Donnie) Seth knows Adam Devine already *and* he was in Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates which the writer of this film also wrote. So I'd love it if if they got them to voice Leo Raph and Mikey again (and cast Seth Rogen as Donnie instead of Bauza).
