Anybody that knows Modesto knows that this is a set-up because where they put the tents the area is prone to flood down there every year but I'm glad the city is at least trying something!! I really feel it would be better to use a lot of these vacant lots and buildings to house the homeless instead of destroying them and not putting anything in their place... Modesto... We gotta step it up💯

these organizations rake in so much money, but they decide to cut costs, buy a bunch of flimsy tents for cheap, and keep the rest of the donated money for themselves

It's not fair that family members can't camp anywhere homeless or not the river here is for more than just city people or police we are not just homeless.we are people.

Texas needs this program, but tiny home those tent are not strong enough, because they tear up and the are dispose where ever they camp at , wood pallets, they can be provided as walls and flooring, these homeless people need a home not a tent , where a tornado can carry them off , tent are not the sulotion , These are Still Gods people ..

why not make low-cost flats with government subsidies... in Jakarta we get cheap apartments and even garbage collectors can afford to pay the installments
