Fitted on my 71 M3LR airflow is OK but the video forgets to show how to connect the return plug on the Tesla feed wire. This is part of the phone charge circuit and the front charge pad won’t work without it fitted to the old vent plug. Otherwise pretty good, kids can watch videos on the move slaved to your phone’s hotspot and the heater controls make a huge difference

Is the back temp and fan speed separate from the front, or just gives you the ability to update the front screen values from this device? Can I se front to 75 and speed 3 and back to 65 and speed 7 for example?

When you change the temperature or fan speed in the back, does it update the numbers on the front screen?

I’ve done the install months ago but have an issue. My youngest child is to light for the rear seat sensor. After 5 min the screen turns off and also the usb ports turn off. Is there a way around this?

I did this exact install and now none of my front chargers including wireless work. The one’s that connect to the rear screen do. What did I do wrong 😮

Restricting the vents air flow that drastically is a huge deal breaker, imo. What's the point of a fancy screen if you're not comfortable in the back of the car

Does this unit have an android seat sensor. I bought a similar unit from Hensshaw and it turns off unless someone is sitting in the backseat. I am rideshare driver and would like a unit that stays on always so that I can play music and KZbin videos for my passengers. Thanks

Airflow could be better. There’s a newer version with better vents. I’m looking into reviewing that version. I think you can bypass, I’d have to double check

Hi I saw your review and got the screen. A Little clunky but seems to be working ok but then I noticed it kept the Ac on all night and I cannot turn it off! I turn off the car ac on the app or in car and it would turn it back on!

Good question! The passenger can connect Bluetooth headphones to the rear screen. The screen is essentially an android device

That's great to hear! When you're just starting out, I recommend just using your smart phone ( I have iPhone 13 Pro), a simple mic, and a camera stand. That gave me time to see if I enjoy creating KZbin videos or not. It's a lot of work but can be rewarding.

It could be a better match. I think people barely notice it because they are more focused on the screen. If Tlyard wants to closer to an OEM look, they should work on making it match

Hello! Try turning on the AC on the Tesla screen first and then try controlling it from the rear screen.

@@Teslatainment I got it fixed . it's because the seat locked after Open with the code,I can control it. but do u know how to use the downloaded android apps ? for example Spotify, when I play the Spotify from installed apps place, the music doesn't go thru the car , it play by it's own small speaker

This doesn't seem to be worth the trade off of having substantially restricted air flow to the rear of the car. They really need to update the vent design, especially since the only vents to the rear of the Model Y and 3 are through the center console.

I wanted too comment on the fake paint change update but I couldn't 😂 so I can here too basically ask why would you even. You insurance is based on the car color so you can't just change it willy nilly. Like I'm so blown away with all the nonsense these day's
