I BELIEVE that each and every day is a battle. Each and every day we must put that armor of God back on and prepare to face new and old challenges. Oft times, we battle ourselves and simply enduring to the end of the day requires every ounce of faith we can muster. These battles can be messy. They can drain us. Yet, with the Lord on our side, we can prevail. It's only when we think that we are facing the enemy on the battlefield alone that we might fail. Yesterday, I fought the good fight. After reading the scriptures and watching you two this morning, I am ready to fight the good fight today. I am stronger than I could ever be by myself. Not only can I survive, but I can thrive as I abound in goodness. I look forward to the opportunities and challenges this day will present and I BELIEVE that I can use my lot this day to bless the lives of others. Chelsea and Steve, you should switch sides just to change things up! Thanks for giving me reason to pause and ponder once again. Love ya! Bye!

I live in New Mexico where our soil is very sandy, so we have a million cockroaches in our state. Seeing a cockroach these days wouldn’t phase me…. But it is definitely a “battle” to keep them in control and out of our house. I love Paul’s statement of “fighting the good fight” knowing all he went through. Paul’s faith was so strong. I believe he would have won any war.

After watching the NT lesson for Oct 23-29, I wonder why, when you were speaking of fear, your definition included anxiety. I have struggled with anxiety for years. I wish prayer and just "be stong" helped. I feel judged and kinda condemned when I hear it mentioned with fear(which I know it's fear). It's a very difficult thing in my life that most people don't understand. 😢
