They definitely have a loophole in terms or the law that prevents them from getting in trouble. Google, facebook, NSA, Amazon etc. all mass take all our data without our knowledge but can get away with it due to loopholes and fucked laws like Patriot Act and a 1970s court case that ruled we dont own our own data and its actually the company's they take it from. If they do break the law the fine they would pay would be so much less than the profits they make. Its fucked.

It got more suspicious when the language sounded more the same, and then it sounded like a paid KZbin ad for a terrible game. They probably use Twilio in a php application. You text the number, the application receives it, then it starts blasting messages to you until you reply with STOP. The worst part is they can have hundreds of different numbers to use to text you from. Saying STOP only stops that one number from texting you.
