Andrew, it's not blood, it's Myoglobin. A protein found in red meat that transports oxygen in the cells. As a piece of meat ages, the muscle tissue breaks down, causing the liquid and myoglobin to leak out 🥩

Medium done is about 60-65 celsius in the middle, so definitely not cold! There are restaurants that will ask you to leave if you order steaks well done 😂

We visited the bank in June and thought it pricey but, the quality of the food and service is exceptional. Strangely, you ordered the same steaks & sides as we did. Watching tonight I’m reassured that when we return, the quality will still be there.

Really looking forward to eating here when we are over in October. It’s been on my list for some time but never got a chance to go. As you say, you get what you pay for & the steaks in any of the Venture group never disappoint. Nice to have an alternative to Empire. Seems to have a more laid back vibe. Very Different! Different atmosphere, decor, theme etc! The Bank alot more “classy”..Vegas more value for money..depends what you’re looking for! I woof the steaks in both 🤣
