The pilot is a new character that is supposed to be “the most normal” person that they could’ve put with master chief joining him in all his crazy halo adventures but yeah it’s understandable that from a marketing point of view someone would pass on it, specially compared to the rest of the figures.

Ahh, ok. So it would be difficult to jazz him up much more. I guess it works then for what his character is.

From the few minutes he showed up in the 2019 halo infinte trailer I already like " Brohammer" (this character is still unnamed) far more than any of the new characters in the last 2 games (tied with lasky). In my opinion, he is the least generic character that has been shown. In a universe where everyone seems to be a badass, he is going to be the character that actually reacts to everything the way a normal person would and will be mostlikely be tied to the most emotional parts of the story . He is the character im most excited for from the upcomming game.

I think the reason why the weapons are soft plastic is because older Halo figures (McFarlane and Joyride) had some hard plastic weapons, and some of them were very fragile. I think Mattel actually found the perfect plastic for weapons. not super hard, but not bendable, durable is the right word. I hope WCT goes for Mattel styled weapons in the future.

I keep debating getting this guy. Maybe if he's great in the game? But feels like a boring figure compared to the others. The weapons have been fine for me. If they're a little warped, just warm them up and straighten them out. It is weird how this and the white Spartan's heads come off SO easy compared to the others. The non-swiveling waist cut is bizarre.

Found him at Walmart yesterday and the shotgun was obviously bent, which was putting me off from getting it. As for now I think I will stick with the Mega bloks figures for collecting.

You could always use his head to swap out with the Marine figures or the Spartan Mark V. Give it a character minus helmet look.

Hi Devon as promised the blue and white spartan figures are not the exact same size there's about a 1/16th of an inch difference, the white one is taller. As for the heads mine doesn't pop off every time you bump it, but then again my white spartan can't look up at all. And finally the gun my gun was made sturdier and my peg may be longer but I had no problem putting the gun on his back. As for my pilot my head doesn't come off as easily as yours does and my thigh swivel worked without having to heat him up. I do agree with you though he really doesn't feel like he belongs in the set when you look at every thing else that's in it. Personally I would have preferred an ODST figure which would have been a different type of armor or a red Spartan armor so I could have built up the red and blue Spartans to teams of 5 and then replayed the show Red vs. Blue ( check it out on Netflix if they still have it, it's funny as hell). I'm still looking for other 2 packs and I'm debating on the Warthog (I'm just not sure I need 3 Master Chief figures).

Oh, Red vs. Blue is amazing! I watched the first ten seasons or so before getting busy. When they Halo figures were announced at ToyFair the only reason I wanted to get them was so I could have a Red vs. Blue set of figures. Lol. At that moment I wanted to learn how to paint figures. I didn't realize at that point that Halo had so many different colored armors. It is good to hear what you are experiencing with the figures, thank you for sharing. Kind of gives a better perspective.

Put a drop of cheap super glue on both connections let it dry and it should be a snugger fit if not repeat the process

I don’t remember exactly. I think one code was a banner.. And the other maybe a wrap of some sort. We will know for sure when the game launches.
