I may be wrong but the water neck is meant to have an O-ring rather than a gasket. That is what the groove is for.

You're right. Those necks with the o-ring are intended to be used with just the o-ring. I've had bad experiences with just the o-ring. They always leaked on me. The gasket I used specifically noted to remove the o-ring if one was on the neck, which worked out great for me. Thank you for watching 🤝💯

Hey bro do u know how to fix the side/outer ac vents? My vents blow hard in the middle but doesn't blow at all on the sides by the windows...HELP!!!

Check the ac control module to make sure those vent doors are getting a proper vacuum. Also, check that the vent doors are not stuck close.

Are you hooking up a external transmission cooler? I know the stock radiators are notorious for going bad and leaking water into the transmission. My trans got busted that way so after the rebuild I installed the external cooler.

What temperature thermostat did you go with? When I replaced my radiator in my Regal I used a 185.

It's up to you and where you live. Stock, they were 195°.
