This an 83 Regal. I didn't replace the switch. I was demonstrating how to remove the knob. You can get the switch at any auto parts store

So, I ordered the strip and the LED’s as you suggested and had the trip meter fixed at a speedo shop in Tacoma, WA. Reinstalled everything and the dash lights up so much better and it all works. I never knew I had a brake light bulb. Fasten seat belts does not work but that may be a whole other can of worms

I have an issue getting my passenger side window to go up/down on my 84 cutlass. The driver side switch makes the driver side go up and down but not the passenger side nor the passenger side switch go up but not down . I replaced both switches and passenger side and motor and hardness, but it's still doing the same thing. Do you have any suggestions whats wrong

Check your grounds on the harnesses. Sometimes, they are corroded or just not grounded properly.

Question, does the bushing in the cylinder (the plastic one in the old cylinders and the brass one in the new ones) need to go in all the way? Im rebuilding a cylinder and cant seem to get in the bushing without hitting it with something. Thanks man!

Yes, they need to go in all the way. Try using some oil on them.

Good job !! Ive got a leaking kickdown at tranny. Im just going to remove and block it off. The cable connection part was a good refresher to watch. Reminds me how simple to just remove. Thanks !! And I sub'd

Thank you! Mine was leaking from there, too, but I didn't realize it until I replaced the cable, and it came with the new seal. I never knew where it was leaking from. I always found tranny oil after it sat for a few weeks. After this replacement, it stays dry. Thank you for watching 💪💯.

Put the factory clip back on the carbs ball stud to prevent throttle cable from popping of the stud.

bro, on your intake manifold, what sensor do you have there connected to that one wire? I had a EGR Pressure Valve switch with 2 vacuum hoses, you're is different. Can you explain how you have yours configured?

That's my temp sensor with the one wire. This manifold doesn't have an EGR port.
