@@abiggs4828 Oh my gods, same! I'm actually sad that WotC didn't print a card for the Demon Lord Graz’zt or Demogorgon so they could have all three of the Big Three Demon Lords get cards. And the they missed the opportunity for a Tasha and Graz’zt deck. Edit: Plus Graz’zt would be fun as a planeswalker that on the surface seems to reflect his more "social" aspects, but focused more on his military might, which not a lot of people think about. It had to take some serious military power to make him the *ONLY* Demon Lord to have conquered three layers of the Abyss

Ok, if im being completely honest, I'm starting to grow a bit tired of all the mtg plots revolving the big threat around zombie-like corruption. The eldrazi turned people into tentacle monsters, the phyrexians turned people into machine monsters, and now these fungus turn people into mushroom monsters? Why not just have the threat be dangerous fungus monsters with a fatal touch of death or something? Idk I'm not a writer, but I do feel like it would be nice to have a threat that's not about zombies that make more zombies for once.

Being original from Mexico is very amusing to see how the conquistadores are so quick to resort to human sacrifice. And all the references to actual prehispanic deities, cultures and places. Camazotz/Aclazotz was not a particularly pleasant deity - literally Death Bat. And was indeed a fire deity, too. Also - pronunciation would given even Spanish-speaker fits, no worries. Not so much the Legion of Dusk, but the other groups.
