Yes, it is the best. There's a video out there quoting the devs stating that they wanted to push the limit of how strong a planeswalker can be since planeswalkers were fairly new at the time. Also, I'd like to add that I wish you mentioned Super Friends, a UW deck that ran mostly planeswalkers like Elspeth and Gideon aside from TMS with BSA as the alt win con.

I just hope that they do not follow the shitty storyline of Jace & Ashiok veibg connected somehow. I got extremely worried they were during the Outlaws of Thunder Junction reveal. There was a time in which on one the deaign documents that have notes for certain cards & the back and forth tweaking to get each card as perfect as possible. One of the wtiters, that were changing cards, mentioned to the other about the "Dark Jace" or "Mirrored Jace", something to that effect. From there the story propagated the normal channels through the internet and slowly died out after everyone saw that they were tqo seperate identities.. One thing in Outlaws of Thunder Junction happened that caused me to re-think this theory with adult pants on. Long-story, short.... in most of this set he Mind-Mage uses his power to change his appearence and become a bad guy... so he jumped at the oppurtunity. He mimicked all of Ashiok's movement & the indifference. Something happened in Jace's past or maybe it ia the type of human he is on Vyrnn. Mayve those rings do more that just create a flow. At the beginning, it talks about Annie Xav. Alao

Due to the abrupt way the ship was shut down and the very juvenile wording Greg Weisman utilized in the books. I can’t help but get the sense he went down that route from a place of resentment or passionate ill intentions. I can’t help but get the feeling that shutting down the ship was due to homophobia.

I've had a theory that Planes walkers eventually become Eldrazi if they become too power hungry. Nicole Bolas would be a prime example of how this could happen. His powers demonstrably grew from the point he became a planes walker, most notably after consuming a larger creature of comparable strength... Absorbing it's mana one could say.

She’s the perfect foil to Bolas. Bolas was born scared, confused, and angry, while Aminatou knew exactly who she was and seems to have her emotions in check. Her colour affinity matches that of the elder dragon Chromium who bullied Bolas while he was still just the runt of the litter. How angry it must make him to sense the same mana signature all these years later and yet STILL be helpless to stop them.
