All tier lists are different, is a perspective thing in all of them, people think being aggresive is the way, and it may be the thing to go this patch, but some scaling champs are good, Karthus, Lilia, Kindred, Assassins are the ones struggling this patch imo, but as long as you know your champ like the palm of your hand this tierlists are useless

I agree, but I don't know if that's going to be a permanent thing. I'm a jungle player AND I make it a thing to know what the meta is and how to path etc. The problem is the majority of the player base doesn't care or waits for a channel like this to tell them what to do. Currently if you have a jungler that understands the feats you will win 70% of the time (confirmed by upgraded boot statistics). As time goes on more players will learn the mechanics and it will feel less flippant. It's nice to feel agency as a jungler again though, last season I role swapped to mid as the lane was hard to punish, while having the ability to roam without drawbacks and play for any objective forcing my jungler to make the right choice. Now I'm glad I can play my role again.

While a dogbrain d Jung can ruin your games, remember their job is to capitalize on laners leads and claim objectives when proper map control is secured by their team! Its not all Jung diff but a braindead Jung can ruin ur game

@@daniagudelo89 -update, she gets permanent upgraded movement speed for each level, her win rate has increased significantly making her one of the highest win rate champs in the game. Even tho she doesn’t utilize feet’s of strength boots.

@ yeah if you’re a perma casual maybe, but for those of us who actually have hands and want to climb it’s bad. - Feats of war which encourages lvl 1 cheese and rewards an OP item that is disgustingly easy to win with - 5 man GA on new OBJ which only rewards 100 gold for a kill and you can just dive anyone for free gold - Lower minion HP which encourages bad wave management - OP new champ with no counterplay - Disgusting new map colours which hinders visibility Yeah fun for sure

It starts to look a lot more like hots, objectives start to give not some flat stats but actual things that punishes losers. Also a trend starts that champions are way more flexible for multiple lanes and roles , just like in hots where it doesnt matter at all . Hots isnt dead just because it failed to get money and it still gets actual balance patch notes that actually fix things.​ @woodsy.2977

Kayle really OP below Emerald (or Plat) with the AP build Today had a nightmare game where our ADC left, enemy got all feats and new boots, they got our towers and all inhibs, but ultimately we won overall because I was ahead as Kayle and we won 4v5 by killing them and taking the baron, Kayle could almost one shot 3 people with AP build.

The minion changes were bigger than expected and ended up basically buffing Kayle. Freezing & Zoning from XP is much more difficult now, which means she can sit under their tower and just soak all XP if she needs to. Level 16 Kayle is still as strong as ever, but it's less punishing to play her now during the early game!

As a casual, I would say no. She is simple to play, which is a good thing, so you can focus on the details of positioning, good deaths, vision control etc. Instead of needing to focus on mechanics. But she doesn't have the mana or damage output to be a lane bully, and the early game is more and more important each season. She is a scaling champ that does great in long conflict and has a good ult, but with low damage (she has like 30 or 40 ap scaling on it compared to the standard 60 of others) and the width and size was reduced years ago, which is sad because Renata, Seraphine etc. Didn't get the same treatment. And as Sona you can't help your Carry too much early, you are really squishy yourself with no dashes, so you rely on your own dodging skills with your movement boost of E. Which in solo queue or even in pro play, is not a great strategy. Especially in solo queue were engage supports are very popular, especially in lower ranks (blitzcrank, thresh, pike, Leona etc). And to make it worse, during the laning fase you can't outheal the damage and poke from mages & lane bullies, or their burst. When the winrate of a low playabillity champion is high, it's because of the "one tricks" inflating it. Their expierence can make her work. But it's kinda like riding your bicycle for 1,5 hours to work, instead of taking the car for 20 minutes. I like to play Sona, play her in normals if you want to, play her in ranked if you want to, but she is not good to climb.

Elise in support is another degenerate pattern. Just buff Human and Spider Q monster damage cap by a bit so she can clear better.. and give her like 15 damage on W all ranks and on Q Human and Spider like 10 damage and she will be fine. She is an early game champion.. and honestly most of those S tier picks outburst outdps and outsustain her.. Even if her playstyle is skewed towards early.. she does not have the numbers to compete early so that's why Elise support is better than Elise JG and will still probably be until Elise gets buffed or the Jungle gets nerfed. So a small monster camp bump and 35 damage to her combo ( even if it sounds small) will help her out a lot. Probably up to A tier or high A.

Darius has been trash for 2 years (ever since they removed stridebreaker dash) And he always had ~50% winrate and actually had 48 % and 49% in low elos for 2 years. His ban rate also declined , before he was 2nd most banned champ 3 years ago now he is barely banned. He is not a good champion, only good into 4 or 5 melee enemies. IDK why tierlists include him in S tier when his winrate is always so low (It's actually lower in low elo aswell)

Same, Katarina doesn’t exist because of how easy it is to counter her, Zed scales well but it doesn’t really matter with this much tankiness in the game, Talon suffers from his own speciality because roaming is more punishing than before and not as rewarding and worst of all Pyke, he needs better ad and lethality scaling to his ult or bringing back the infinite scaling to his ult, because you rely too much on your team to get an execute. In conclusion we can’t solo carry games anymore because now the game in general it’s team diff, it doesn’t change if junglers have more responsibility for winning. The only way i can think of assassins existing is becoming the melee equivalent of a hyper carry (just like kassadin) unless they reduce the tankiness
