If your loosing traction in back when accelerating your rear diff fluid would need to be thinner. notice when you brake its stable cause the diff is locking. On loose you go thinner and traction you go thicker. Just a tip.

Love the buggy and great channel I’ve had my eye on one of these buggies from Losi or the new Kyosho MP10e. I do like the more traditional layout of battery on the Losi though. And parts suppose might be a little better then Kyosho also up here 🇨🇦. I do have a kit built Kyosho MP9e TKI (2012 it’s old lol) and it’s a nice buggy still.

Kyosho MP10e hands down. It's a much better performer and offers more set-up freedom. Kyosho knows a thing or two about making race buggies and winning world championships.

Mp10 is a fantastic option! Kyosho isn't popular in my area and I'm a tlr fan boy haha, and this thing has more than enough adjustment points my man!

Remember.... New kits need 12 battery paks through them to.break them in..... should get faster the more you drive it. Can speed the break in process by doing speed runs if interested....

I just built mine over the weekend got it for cost as my hobby shop ordered it for someone who never came back. Did change the front outdrives but with the manual settings my rear driveshafts were barely in the outdrives. once I put the shocks on they would actually pop out when fully relaxed on a stand. Went to the Attention Setup sheet spec that brought the hubs in as far as they can and their better but on a stand fully relaxed with the driveshaft knuckles vertical one side is still out? Kind of bugs me but see what happens when I get to test it. Also frustrated with the build having E parts missing needing to dig through the Nitro parts bags to find them with nothing in the manual saying parts would be in nitro bags. Do plan on a truggy as well thinking the new AE or new Kyosho truggy but staying away from the TLR. Their priced higher than the rest so your paying for both nitro and electric parts so its not worth the increase for me as I don't even have local 1/8 tracks so not going nitro now.

Interesting about your rear drive shafts?? I have no issues with mine popping out My kit was also a later kit where they updated my parts bags and set up sheet

Little late to this , but did you adjust your droop? If not , get a droop block and measure tool. Set to 28mm bottom of hex your tire mounts to. 25mm for very flat high grip tracks.

Never ended up towing it out, but yea you can adjust the turn buckles to get tow out!

Kyosho is the best. I've tried a buddy's losi at the track and it couldn't compare. The kyosho almost feels like you're cheating

I agree my Kyosho MP9 TKI edition kit still runs with the new stuff and runs circles around some of the same era stuff. Kyosho makes any driver a smooth consistent driver.
