I keep trying liquid foundations, but always come back to BM. I alternate between BM and Root Pretty powder foundations. Have never tried warmth, though. Will pick some up soon.

I spent years wishing I could wear the Original Foundation but thought I couldn't becasue I have VERY dry skin. But I put the Complexion Rescue on under the Original, and WOW! Thank you! I literally sat and binge watched all of your bare minerals videos. I learned so much! So I'm almost 51 and never got into makeup until about a year or so ago. Crazy, I know. If I would have started years ago it would have been a lot more fun! Trying to get makeup to look good at this stage of life is challenging--with fine lines and wrinkles setting in. I don't like a lot of coverage and I have really clear skin so I don't feel like I need that much. I've been using just the original powder by itself because I didn't really know what other products I should be using with it. So after watching this video I decided to give the complextion rescue a try. What a game changer! So good! I love it! You've sold me on the Warmth as well. It's next on my "to get" list. Thanks for breaking it all down and making it simple for us amateurs!

It's true about Bare Minerals. I couldn't believe it when people started complimenting my skin--asking me how often I get facials. (never) Haha. I actually don't use the warmth though. It is a bit too warm for me. Although you are making me want to try it again.

Might try in Faux Tan, also a all-over face color bronzer ...recommended for fair/light complexions when warmth is too dark..I use both but Faux Tan the most, very forgiving.

If I had to recommend.. I would recommend the whole dang counter Lol… Right now: Faux tan, golden gate, & golden ivory 07 (I mix original and matte), mineral veil, and I like their lashtopia mascara 😊 ❤ I have oily to combo skin for reference. The pressed bare pro powder is good too.

Ive tried many foundations and have a few on the go (Nars, Dior, Givenchy) but still my favourite and always complimented is Bareminerals original! I always wear Warmth too andmineral veil. Their blushers are amazing too. Again the eyeshadows, loose and compact are gorgeous and last all day. I could go on and on ❤

Hi Shaz, used bareminerals for a long, long time. I’m a very fair expat living in Florida. Original Foundation and warmth are a must. I can’t use the complexion rescue as my skin reacted to it. Do you use mineral veil? I loved their brown mascara from years ago. It never clumped or flaked and looked so natural and then it was discontinued when the company was sold. Never found one as good as that. Also their loose powder blushes were so beautiful and am sad you can’t get them any more. I’m so glad you are still carrying the torch for bareminerals!

I find that mineral veil makes me look chalky so I set with a setting spray instead. ( do you ?)I loved that mascara too! It was the best ever!! and yes those loose blushes were amazing, I'm still so mad they stopped doing them!! xx

@@BlondeTeaParty I do use the mineral veil in the T Zone as I wear glasses and the foundation can leave lines where the bridge and bottom of the glasses sit. I also did your damp sponge technique and then sprayed the sponge with setting spray and pressed that in. It worked well for a full day at Epcot! Thanks for the tip!

I've forgotten the original BareMinerals. I love the mineral veil too. I need to pick some fairly light up. Complexion Rescue on its own can look too shiny, but with the veil is just enough coverage. Me only with color. More alive. Great intro to BareMinerals. Loved the speech bloopers. I can so relate!

Thank you for the vid....annoyingly Light 08 (it is just Light) nor Warmth (it is called Bronze Powder Bronzer, only one colour) comes up when your links (UK) are clicked ! There is a large choice of colours for the foundation but it is really difficult to choose online.

Good morning, I tried Bare Minerals and sadly it didn’t work for me, I have dry skin and using that brush just made it worse. Probably better for normal skin cause it looks beautiful on your skin. ❤❤

I’ve been having so much fun watching your videos! I used bare minerals many years ago and now finding my way back! Just ordered a bunch of stuff! Hasn’t arrived yet 😢 Anyway, I’ve been using Priia brand primer & thinking of trying a bare minerals to just keep it in the family. BUT reviews are pretty horrible! Do you recommend this complexion rescue like a primer? If not which bare minerals if any would you recommend? Thanks so much for such fun videos!! 😊

Hi, ive been using the loose foundation but in neutral ivory but I think its quite peachy. I dont know how to find the right shade for me without spending loads. Is the shade light a neutral tone? I need something neutral. Thanks 😊

I know it's so hard to get a good colour match without going into store. The shade light is very warm with a yellow undertone. I've looked them up and they all seem to have either a peach, pink or yellow tone. I try to pick according to the pictures of what I think is most my skin tone x
