I so agree that Botox and filler can make most people look older. I have the same problem with the "frown" line between the eyebrows. I had a similar bad experience where they had "extra" so they put it on the fine lines around my eyes and it travelled down my cheeks. I woke up one day, looked in the mirror and was shocked. I looked like I had been beaten up. It was horrible. If I have it again it will be only on the frown line. Love your videos!

I am so happy to have found your videos! Like you, I've been wearing Bare Minerals for YEARS, lol. Sorry you no longer have BM on your QVC. I'm in the states and am also intrigued by the QVC holiday special so I've been watching your videos for hints on shades, etc, lol. Light beige caught my eye for the first time. My usual shades are Medium Beige in the summer and soft medium or fair ivory in chillier months. Thank you so much, lots of fun! Beautiful look

Shaz, you never fail to create the most beautiful looks, effortless, chic and simple ♥️ Never worry about going out make-up free. You look lovely without it as well as with it. I only wear make-up for work, ....when I'm home or on holiday I just don't bother....but that's me 😊. I agree with everything you said about getting a dog just willy-nilly. They are a HUGE commitment, and it can be hard at times. You have to be ready and willing to put a lot of effort into owning a dog for the whole of their lives 🐕 . I do have botox for my '11s' ....twice a year, and I'm lucky because the nurse who administers it always errs on the side of caution. I've never been tempted to have more, and like you said, those lines are something I see, and just softening them makes me feel better in myself and a bit more confident. I'm looking forward to listening to the 'Ghost Story' podcast you mentioned too!! Fantastic, chatty video Shaz.....loving it 👌👍⚘️

Anyone who is from the USA, wears BM or wants to try it, go for the deluxe kit. That concealer is a good size and I’m still using it from last year. Well tbh, the regular size will last me forever. This deluxe size of concealer is gonna last me a very long time. Even the foundation will to because honestly I feel like I turn different shades in the year. Depending on if I’m out in the Sun a lot in the summer. Ex. Golden Ivory or Light 08, Golden Beige.

@@BlondeTeaParty I have light olive skin tone and I think these are my favorites. Golden Ivory 07-Very Light; Yellow hue. Light 08-Very Light; Neutral with Subtly Yellow (Warm) hue. Golden Beige-Light; Yellow (Warm) hue. I’m just gonna tell ya that the original loose is darker than the matte. For some reason, it has changed or I’m tripping out. However, I’m still battling oil skin and probably will til after January. Then my face changes. I love both formulas but everyone has their own concerns. Liking the matte formula right now. I like all three shades for me but light and golden ivory are my favorite shades right now. I don’t look like Oompa Loompa with those shades. If I think I’m getting really pale I will pull out the Golden Fair but it’s very pale for me right now. I just wish they made Golden Ivory in the deluxe size. I also wish they made the matte in deluxe too. 😀😅

I absolutely love BM and the look it gives on the skin. As for Botox, the last time I had it was in 2017. I had a horrible experience, as it dropped my hooded eyes even more, made my eyes look puffy for months and truthfully, it can’t be good for you long term. Think about it, it atrophies your muscle in your face so what happens when you stop using it? Your face will literally drop since the muscles haven’t worked in years. While I can admit I’m vain to a certain degree, I’m at peace with aging. I’ll be 51 in a few months and I’m good with aging gracefully. Being happy in your own skin is super sexy in my book.

Hey girl, you are the BM queen! I wish I could wear it but I can't. I itch and itch. lol. Jane Iredale is my jam though and I need to use it more. I get on kicks. lol. I love the Nars Radiant but I understand if it doesn't for you. I think mineral makeup is just better for the skin. Have you ever used Glo Minerals? I got a sample of their liquid minerals and wowza, it was uber pigmented.. too much for me but a good finish. Girl I need botox in my forehead but I just don't care enough to spend the money. I'll just use my serums and what not for now... I say for now b/c who knows what i'll do in the future. My cousin-in-law works at a med spa that does botox and filler so I always have that option. I hate needles though and the thought of one going in my head freaks me the hell out. lol This is a beautiful look on you!! Have a great week! 🥰
