I have heard that before... Then the company closes its doors, and there stopped it's lifetime! So they should stipulate "a Lifetime Warranty: for as long as you live, or we are in still doing good business"! Even L.L. Bean, changed their Lifetime Replacement Warranty, to "No More" Warranty, when people started actually making claims. And they had to replace peoples duck boots! Not saying Silencerco has a bad warranty. They are a top notch company! Just stating the fact, other large companies suck!

To reiterate what he said. If you own dogs and take them with you to go shooting/hunting with. You should always be using a suppressor. Gunshots damage a dogs and cats ear way worse than us.

Suppressors are legal in Vermont for both ownership and for hunting. If only you had a rep in that area to make you not look foolish! Congrats on the promotion Chase.

That is correct, our mistake. Suppressors are legal to own in Vermont and as of July 2022, they are also legal to hunt with. Thank you for pointing this out.

I am 51yrs old an I have never seen, shot, or even held a suppressor in my lifetime before, main reason is being a low fixed income poor. I cannot afford one. I just do not see them in the cards for me. besides the fact that like many other I have a p&w barrel, and have no way to mount it to my 3FO from Breek Arms with outer threads, that I have no Idea what size they are. like I said though, I just cannot afford a suppressor, if it weren't for a stimulus I probably wouldn't even have my AR anyways at least not this soon I was saving for one, but hey a person is allowed to dream of having a very very quiet AR

Here is business development recommendation. Many of us have pined and welded barrels in which the attached muzzle device prevents us from attaching a suppressor. It would be great if SilencerCo could provide a service to remove the pinned end of the barrel and pin a new muzzle/break device that can interface with one of your suppressors. Or sell AR barrels that have pinned and welded barrels with SilencerCo compatible muzzle/break devices on them. It's a matter of partnering with barrel manufacturers.

You are a fool to have a pinned and welded muzzle device. There is no legal requirement to do that unless you are trying to make an sbr 16 inches. And chances are, you are doing that on an ar. Just buy a 14.5 inch complete upper and don't tell atf. They ship to your door with no paperwork totally legal

When sending in a suppressor for repair, You would not have to go through a dealer. It is absolutely legal to send a suppressor back to the manufacturer for repair. We are also able to send it back directly to you once the repair is completed. No ATF paperwork is required.

Suppressors work by capturing the hot gases and letting them cool and expand, basically containing the blast and leaving the two ends of the barrel to slowly vent out the gasses. First thing is caliber, most people recommend going with a bigger caliber like .30 cal omega 300 because it can suppress .308, 7.62x39, 5.56, 22lr and other similar rounds, second thing is weight/length some people like to fire full auto short barreled guns, that requires a heavier suppressor like the velos, but most people are causal shooters and would rather have shorter, lighter, quieter ones Also silencerco has modular suppressors, where you can adjust the length
