I got a North Country roll back brand from Amazon 2 years ago for 185 bucks. And it’s great no water gets in. Can’t beat it for the money.

I just got a zr2 and your right with bed lights. For the price they should've been installed. The kit is very pricey like you mentioned. However the wiring is already there under bed on driverside corner. Plug and wire leads.so I will add lights and some sort of switch myself. Just traded in my 2013 ram in and had a gator roll up bed cover that was about 10 years old and still worked great just a little faded.

Good to know that the wiring is already there I'll bet pretty soon after market or Amazon will have a light that will fit right into the housing that's already there or what similar setup to how Chevy does it with their Factory kit. So it'll be simple Plug and Play. The gator roll up cover was one of the first ones I ever got that way it served me very well I loved it. That's what started me on the trend of going with these simple Roll-Ups I absolutely love this style

Roll up tonneau covers are by far superior to tri folds, or hard covers, in my opinion. Especially if you still need to be able to easily access the bed.
@Jason-Samko13 сағат бұрын
I feel the same. Many people love the hard or folding. Me personally, roll up wins

@Jason-Samko same. However I am looking to get a hard retractable one down the road. Got a bunch of family in the Detroit area and would love the added security a hard cover provides. My lil bro has hard retractable on his TRD Offroad and it's simple to operate

@D41Michigan perfect yep I like anything it will get out of the way and get full access to the bed. If it can be secure as well even better

I have there trifold cover in my silverado. Pretty nice for an ebay special. There 4 fold on the other hand they use a generic one and include hardware to make it work. Drilling into the bed of my brand new $60k truck to mount a $400 tonneau cover? Youre out of youre freaking mind.
@Jason-SamkoКүн бұрын
Yep been there before. Had quite a few expensive ones over the years as I've always had a tonneau cover on all my trucks even had one stolen before as weird as that is. Now I like the simple cheap affordable one they do their job and do it well
@seanforeman1457Күн бұрын
Surprised you didn't put a Diamondback on that Colorado.
@Jason-SamkoКүн бұрын
I don't like the hard of folding covers as I have to plan ahead to remove it to put a bike in the bed or pick up a grill or new TV etc. I love the roll ups for my needs.
@seanforeman1457Күн бұрын
and I know the cost is significant, especially if you aren't keeping the rig for the long term. I put one on my new Canyon and it's a super sharp look... and functions well for my needs. Keep up your videos.

So it strange that he never clearly stated whether he actually paid or the cover or if it was given to him for a review. I wish these “influencers “ would be more transparent.
@CaliAAA72Күн бұрын
lol. He states he will no longer buy expensive long lasting bed covers. Thats because no one will give him one for free and he only keeps his vehicles for 2-3 years. These cars channels guys just keep buying cars every 2-3 year or sooner for their channel. I bet they write these cars off as business expense for their channel. In my opinion.
@Drg248005 сағат бұрын
He gets rid of his vehicles every 2-3 years because of the work he does and the mileage he puts on the trucks. Not because he needs a new truck for content.
