Kepeleke makes core skills "free to cast", which means also that they don't have cooldown, therefore you don't get the cooldown on payback when wielding kepeleke. Try taking kepeleke off, and you see that payback will have cooldown then. Thus, not a bug.

Damn another build to try. I die often using the Stinger build. Crushing hands give barrier and is tanky as heck my man. This does look very fun.

I have tried both Crushing Hands and Payback. The first is tanker because of the auto barrier, and it’s also much better for area clearing when speed running. The second one hits harder, much harder, and it does have decent AOE even without the affix to turn it into a shotgun. I personally stayed with Crushing Hand because I play in console so aiming is hot garbage😂 but if you’re on PC, I would recommend Payback instead.

I’m on console too. I like the visual of Payback very much, but my gears are shitty and I die often. Also sticking with Crushing Hands for the tankiness. It’s hard to stay alive on Payback without the perfect gears.

Good and fun build. Actually tried in on my alt. Easy speedfarm tier 89 for new glyph level under 3 min. I swapped health glyph for vortex to do hordes with dual vortex. Works very well. Reminds me shotgun build - to clean corridors fast. Definitely good for speedfarm. Thanks!

This is amazing. I got the aspect of frozen orbit at level 5, it was 43% out of 50. I'm now at paragon level 237 and I've finally gotten an upgrade. It's not that I've seen lots of lesser versions of the aspect, this is literally the second time I've seen it on a piece of gear. The upgrade? I'm now at 44%. The loot system is a bit weird.

Wait - how come your payback has 0 cool down? I think that's been changed because it doesn't say anything about being 0 cooldown when it's a core skill. While levelling, I'm finding that thorns is incredible and seeker ultimate with extra charges on rings means you can use it constantly. It says it does more dam than the others too and makes them vulnerable.

See the problem with a lot of the "best builds" is that they require items that you don't get until later and you don't often get them while levelling. Us dad gamers need more builds that are good with absolute trash gear while levelling, because the "best builds" don't work. I discovered a similar build to this last night and it's a total game changer, can't wait until I can use this build with some actual good gear! 😁

U only need kelep weapon for it. Build is working without too. Use normal 1ga weapon.stab is important because block. And roll dex hp ,krit or woundet. And temper basic dmg and double hit chance quill. Thats all. Dadgamer!!!!!😀

Yep lvl 100 glyph hubris/ menagerist, and double masterwork on resource on wep if its not GA, single mw if GA, rest shud be on core hit twice, you also get + resources from passive cluster near the ultimate skill and from paragon board. That shud make you around 240, also max resource on helmet (i dont have it and im at 261 vigor).
