EDIT: THIS GOT PATCHED ZZZ I'm not sure if this has been found before or if it existed since Overwatch 1. I tried to look it up and couldn't find anything about it. I found this out on my own a few days ago while streaming. I believe it existed since may 9th 2023 because that is when i think tracers blink visuals got changed. Anyways, I could be wrong but if this has been posted before lemme know so I can credit them in the description! New or old I haven't seen anyone talk about this and its definitely something you should learn!

i remember a couple months ago they added more visible tracer blink lines so it is more clear where exactly she blinks, so ig the updated visuals get bugged when on the slanted wall

AFAIK this is a bug. It's something that I saw came into being for OW2. before her blink ghosting would only follow her movement, but now its like there is a value always at 100% so it'll push it out like that, even if you don't move. never thought it could be used for anything tho but here we are!!

This is cool and Tracer players def should make use of this, but it's disappointing to see the effect isn't tied to her actual hitbox... What happens if she blinks while being booped up? Does it just stay horizontal? Or many similar situations that her hitbox gets altered in general when blinking. I've ran ibto a few instances where it confuses more than it helps because of this. It's trippy and inconsistent to say the least. May as well keep it like before. Or xhange the way it works to consider point B of Tracer's blink to show the effect. It's not like Blink is instant, there's enough delay/ms for the game to know and display her new location before she gets to act.
