I've been breaking off and on, about 9 years this coming February. Most of my moves, consist of strength one armed/elbow/forearm poses, planche type things, flips, suicides, some power, but mainly dancing. But even in my footwork, I incorporate a lot of baby swipes, and other things that require arm/back/shoulder strength. But mainly just listening to the music, and doing style things in my movements, with some popping influence in it.

It's hard to keep your arms straight with the form he uses in airtracks. At the end his arm slightly bends when he does them continuously. He winds his leg back rather than pike it like alot of people do.

Punisher doesn't ride the break with his movements, he just explodes with power that relies on strength/momentum, regardless if music is playing or not. I'm not going to respect Michael Jordan as a good football player, no matter how good he is with a ball, because he uses a round basketball to play basketball, not football. Punisher is great at tricking, not at bboying. Both incorporate things within each other, but have different principles.

@skyfresh83 bt flares r came from gymnastics but airflares are came from bboy. its a bboy move not a gymnastic move. bboys are improving their skills and these powermovers are making bboy to next level. u should respect him. doing foot work and freezes and top rock isnt just a bboy. i know toprocks freezes go down footworks, understanding music; they are important too. but powermove is also a bboy move. such as backspin, airflares, head spins etc, they all came from the bboys. u gotta respect.

Depend on the person. Even powerheads toprocks to introduce themselves. Powermoves does have rhythm, such as blow up mills, or hand placement(such as flares, swipes, airflares) on beat. It usually depends on people's style. I've seen guys and girls with footwork and foundations that was not even on beat nor have rhythm.

I never said Punisher is talented, but he doesn't dance. So I respect him as a trickster, but as a bboy, he doesn't even do a basic toprock on beat, and the basic toprock is the only toprock he has. No variation in it, even adding an indian step would be nice, and no footwork at all. bboy stands for break boy, it came from going off on the floor with your movements riding the break.
