It’s been a few years since I’ve been on Indian Ridge, but I remember 24. That hill and the rocks sticking out ain’t no joke. Especially if it’s slippery. Glad they’re back open though. I’ll have to come back in the spring.

White and Gray looks great!! That's why you clean your ride then get dirty with hitting the trails then repeat the process again, and again !!!! I know those leaves get slick. Hopefully I will get able to walk better soon I miss the Hell of riding on the trails. Again always love your videos and narrative. What's next upgrade ???

I’m not sure. I’d Like to do an exhaust but I’m pretty happy with it the way it is right now.

How does the ride compared to x3 ? Smoother, rougher, or about the same .

Both ride good at normal speed. The faster you go the smoother the x3 gets tho.

Must confess, the loud droning would drive me nuts. Both my Ducati Scrambler and my FZ1 Yamaha came with open exhausts that I put baffles in. They sound better and run better too now. Otherwise, you have a great machine and a great place to ride!

I think I’ll be swapping from the tip in and tip out depending on how I’m feeling that day. I like the open sound for ripping around but the quiet tip is nice on the longer rides.

Would you have hesitated going up trail 24 on your X3 ? I know things change when your by yourself on the trail.

Yes. When Being alone. the leaves made the trail slick too. Camera didn’t pick up the trail well with all the leaves. Had a few decently rough spots going up. Pretty sure I’d made it but better to ride on down the trail and not chance sliding over the mountain alone. That one tight spot was my only worry. If that big rock bounces the driver rear over the bank you’d be stuck.

What app are you using for your trail maps?

I just use a picture of the map I have on my phone. I’ll check it from time to time to see where I am at. Just wing it a lot of times unless I’m looking for certain trails.
