New Trains for Wales - Avanti's 805 Bi-Modes (on trial) plus TfW 197 Units.

A phone call took me to Holyhead where the driver/trainer was about to wash and put away the unit they have for training. I was allowed on and a short ride in the cab but no pictures allowed, at the moment.
They will run on diesels (three engines per unit) and this takes them to Crewe where the run on the electric to London, Euston.
