I feel almost nauseous listening to your comments about successes with Epoprostenol infusions. My younger sister just had the index finger of her dominant hand removed. The ulceration on that finger was nowhere near as bad as the photos you shared. Her surgeon also performed a sympathectomy in her hand to improve the circulation in the remaining fingers. I’m sending this video to her.
