I'd say the average should at least be $1,500 - $2000 for more than 2 years of experience anyone doing doubles triples hazmat specialty stuff touch Freight flatbed specialized etc should be making $1800 to $2,500

It’s crazy how much cry babies there are in trucking lol. I mean I am a truck driver for 3 years and I am grateful because I am making more money then I ever made in my life working a job. A lot of drivers live beyond they means and don’t be responsible with they money so it don’t matter how much they getting paid they end up broke and bitter.

How so?? Sometimes I get 700-800 or get 1000. 1200.. not always and never accurate.. am in Florida man.. I want a solid ground and foundation.. am not cocky.. but I would totally be happy with 1500 a week man. Personally or more... Why I want to get in this trucking stuff is becuase I actually like driving ... And I want to learn the roads.. not just her win the city.. which we'll help me in the long run.. when traffic comes around.. am 23 turning 24 this July.. and I am tired of working like a slave man... At times we eat well other we don't eat at all till we get home which is 5-6 hrs later.... And want to invest into houses. Rent them out out 20k down let that set and do it's thing.. and overtime get another 2-3 houses rent those out and make profit that way... When my time is up.. study for barbering school..become a barber here locally.. and also learn the craft on painting cars.

Companies Right now are cutting miles and are probably going to start cutting pay. At least for the new drivers or pushing the old drivers out that are being paid more to bringing in new drivers at 50 cents a mile.

Pretty easy now have all endorsements and fly to Chicago automatic trucks waiting , no barriers anymore just have a decent mvr and at least 1 year exp , yes 2< years use to mean new now it’s vet status to these companies
