New Tyre failed me while delivering on my Engwe E-bike.

Had to walk back my E-bike home on this pleasant delivery day on a warm spring afternoon. New tyre is no the correct size!

Thx for your suggestions. The problem wasnt a puncture. The inner tube just puched the tyre out of the wheel due to tyre incorrect size

Pump ( Gunk) tyre sealer into the inner tubes .. that works

Same thing happened to me when I changed my tyres ,, the new tyres need to fit exactly correct and inflated slowly then slowly rotate the wheel / tyre and gently bounce !! This helps the new tyre to sit into the rim correctly then inflate to about 16 psi pressure thief increase to 18/20 psi after a short ride

Try tubeless fluid for yiur tyres. That way you never have a flat 😊

Get a scooter tyre on there alot thicker 16" fit the 20" wheels.

Pump (the small joke one), tyre removal tools, patches and glue sure. If you puncutre your inner tube you have to fix it on spot, no excuses. Pushing 10-20-30 kilometers is not an option :) They are not more than 10 EUR on temu, the whole kit.

Actually the problem wasnt a puncture. The new tyre is bit of a different size than the original one, so the inner tube did not have enough space and puched the tyre out of the wheel. I think it wasnt clear enough in the video but thx for the sugggestion :)

@@22or22 Yes i udnerstand and saw its out of the rim. Still, if you have the tools and a pump with you , you can fix it on spot.

These tires have a maximum pressure of 2 bar. Looks like you over pumped...

I would say 1.2 is too low, its says 2 but I keep it around 1.5
