Hello! I came to the UK with my wife in December 2022 on the study-dependent visa route. At that time my wife was on a student visa. During the studies, our 4-year-old child also came to the UK on a dependent child visa. Later, due to some personal reasons, he had to be sent to India. After some time, I also came to India to take care of him. Currently, my wife is in UK on the graduate visa route. So, if I and my baby have lived together in UK on student dependent visa and are currently in India, can we apply for a dependent graduate visa?

Hi bro. As PSW is a part of a student, I am sorry that dependents are not allowed on a student psw visa after 2024 unless your doing PhD.
