Just a information..i completed my master's from Oxford Brookes University..and once i got the results of my dissertation i applied for my PSW with my marksheet and the CAS and everything- address proof, student proof everything and i got the results by 4 weeks that it was successful. You have to do everything by yourself. There might be Universities helping by sending marksheet or whatever- i don't know that but my university did not do it and i did it by myself and it was pretty straightforward questions and the process was simple.

If Indian students are not able to complete their course on time it's because they focus more on part time jobs and making money rather than their studies. I submitted my dissertation at the end of this January and got a 2 month extension on my student visa to accommodate this change. However, despite the provisional evaluation having been completed, the final results will not be disclosed till 4th May and my visa is expiring on 15th April. I was told that my Student Visa cannot be extended further whereas I cannot apply for a Graduate route visa without the results. This situation is very depressing as i will be crushed under my student loan and would not be able survive. If your Re-assessment is within the 60 days of your expiration date of current visa, you can request your school for new CAS, for the purpose of extension, if you are just waiting for your results then kindly pressure your concerns school for the exam board as they are one who finalised the results, they normally organise locally senate office is nothing to do with that.. I do have a re- assessment, my international student advisor, they directed me to immediately go for the extension for the current visa.

Reg PSW - I got psw after i completed my degree , yes the university sends the information to UKVI and then you get PSW. Couple of important points to take care without fail : 1/ everyone must be spending thier hard earned money so focus on studies and get your degree. 2/ DO NOT fill in online PSW form and request for PSW from UKVI directly. Make sure your university has sent an email to UKVI stating that you have successfully received your degree (keep reaching out to your university to keep a check). Once university has confirmed they will send you an email and based on that you will apply for PSW online. Its a simple process and usually they grant PSW In 3-4 days. But it depends case to case. 3/ do not leave UK until you have your visa and new post study BRP card. It is extremely important. 4/ jobs are difficult here but its is not impossible. Thank you taken time to explain. Students spend so much money if they are not graduated will the University give the diploma in post grafuation certificate enabling them to apply for another course to extend their stay
