Another thing is if you get your rig pressure up to 3000 psi, which that gun will do easy. You will be shooting those slugs close to 1100 FPS, and if the choke is off the barrel in the barrel is polished, you will definitely get superior groups. I’m gonna do a video on that gun on the barrel and setting the reg

@@scinner28 My is stock out of the box . Reg @1500 psi. shooting JSB Exact Kings 25.39 grains @ 893 FPS @ 45 FPE . About 2K cheaper than the other brand without breaking the bank . Well made and solid . No plans to change settings . I like the fact that it doesn't all those adjustment buttons and such all over it . Simple works for me .

@@joedokes8641 Yeah man i feel you ..And you did good.No doubt ..But i always like to change settings .that is my hobby.My hobby is buy a very cheap gun.tune it with other reg;s etc .etc.polish the stuff..And then i hope .i hope it will shoot the same at 50 meters and when i am lucky at a 100 meters.Like the overhyped ,very expensive guns. And some times it does :)That is my fun .that is why i comment maybe a bit aggressive. So sorry man if i offend you a bit..Excuse my english ..So again man you do wel very nice airgun no doubt.The zelos is a nice gun .

Magazine installs from the right side . I shoot left handed and the magazine orientation doesn't interfere with me.

@@shawndubay4050 For me power isn't really the issue . My 25 is constitant @ 890 to 950 fps @ 45 to 50 fpe . More than enough power . Adjusting the hammer spring and regulator is about all the adjustments it has . With an FX costing 3 times more , just about everything can be changed . Its about how much you're willing to spend . Different pellets can maybe yeild different results ? Mine likes the JSB 25.39 grain exacts .

the avenger in .22 and .25 for 350$ still has more power more accuracy and its lightweight plus half the price. im still waiting on someone to give me a reason to retire my avenger. been waiting for 4 years now and ava is still the king.

I agree with original poster. I love the looks and layout of the zealous. I want to love it but I’ve seen a few vids and read some comments online where the accuracy is just ok. Seen better out of the Chinese barrels. Avenger is a perfect example. That barrel will do much better at 50 with a on paper group. I get it you only shot one pellet but I suspect it was one that gave best results. I bet some off camera shooting was done to choose. Sorry just not quite seeing the accuracy out of this gun. Might be being a bit picky 🤷‍♂️. Don’t know.

Zelos is a great gun but it needs to come with a bottle not a tube. Not enough shots with the tube. I like to walk the woods and not think about going back to the truck to fill it back up.

Great video. I’ve been shooting deer in a mess haircuts for six years now. If you take the choke off that barrel. They’ve gone well shoot an inch inch and a half at 200 yards very familiar with those barrels. They are incredible.

Agreed, it looks awkward, the snow peak with bottle looks way nicer, have to buy it in Canada, not sure why they are not in US, but it’s not a big deal. Pretty sure that’s what I am going to do next week. Umarex missed the boat here for US dealers, by not offering the bottle as an option.

@@Light_357 what is amazing? 1/4 ? One hole ? The difference between 1/2 and a 1/4 is a 1/4 . Lots of guns shoot 1/2 at 50 yds now and that is pretty good. To each his own .
