Anybody ever wonder how it is that the best cop game in the industry is a mod for a criminal game? Like how difficult is it to make a good cop game that let you patrol in an immersive world.

Normally if you're serving a recovery/search warrant, the person who owns the property is requesting them back. It could be that the suspect was using a businesses debit/credit card and they want him to stop using their cards and requested it back and he refused and they had Law Enforcement serve a warrant. Unless it's an actual search warrant requesting the arrest of someone in possession illegal items such as stolen credit cards, it would specify as such.

Yes search warrants legally require law enforcement to limit locations on property based off of whatever it is the search warrant is for. In real life it would be even more limited. It's to avoid 4th amendment violations. A good criminal investigator is able to write up the warrant in a way to give them more leeway with a judge who has to sign off on the warrant.

Lol I hadn't finished the video yet but I see you then arrested the guy for the credit cards without am arrest warrant which is separate from search warrant. I assume the idea of getting the credit cards is to build to a larger case plus you don't have confirmation that the cards you took were stolen.

Hey First-Thirty-Minutes, I wish someone would attach a menu to the backup menu where u could request backup arrive from a specific way like North, West or South in case the subject flees or whatnot. I honestly would have cancelled the TS w/the Taxi from that intersection & attempted to move the Taxi around the corner & then performed the TS. The other AI Cars is just GTA being GTA. Loved the Video/Episode as always, keep up the amazing amazing content my man!!

That's a Stop The Ped bug, the ped normally do that so their heads won't steak out of the car roof in some models, but it sometimes glitch and make it seem like they're banging their heads.
