Transcript- Hello, my dear Trailblazers! Today, we have some exciting news to discuss-there's a new character on the horizon, and her name is Rappa! We'll also dive into some intriguing updates that you won't want to miss.
Let's break it all down!
First up, we’ve got some juicy details about Rappa from our reliable source, Homdgcat. Here’s what we know so far:
Rappa’s ult is something to behold-she gains an extra turn and three uses of an Enhanced Basic Attack.
With her Enhanced Basic Attack, she deals two instances of damage to a single target and adjacent enemies, and if that wasn’t impressive enough, she also deals damage to all enemies on the field. And get this-she reduces Toughness regardless of Weakness types. This makes her a formidable force against any lineup!
Now, let’s talk about her Technique! she enters a special state where she blocks all incoming attacks. Imagine the strategic possibilities this opens up-she could be a game-changer in any battle scenario!
Now lets talk about her release date and more details! It is expected that she will be released in version 2.6 and some rumors states that she looks like kda akali from league of legends.
That’s all the information we have on Rappa for now, but rest assured, as soon as I get more details, you’ll be the first to know!
Moving on to more exciting news:
It’s rumored that Tingyun’s new form will be a 5-star Fire character following the Nihility path. How cool is that? If the news are accurate, we can expect her to join us in Version 2.7 or later.
And that’s not all-according to Sakura Heaven, another exciting character, Screwllum, will be a 5-star Imaginary character following the Erudition path. Some sources have stated that Screwllum will be released in version 2.6, but there’s also speculation that he might not arrive in version 2.6. If that turns out to be true, we could see Screwllum in a 3.X update instead. I really feel for the Screwllum fans out there, but don’t worry-if any more news about him comes out, I’ll update you right away.
now moving forward with next news.
New MC will be Ice and will follow Destruction path. And guess what? There’s even talk that Sunday will follow the Harmony path! and it is expected that e will be released in version 2.7.

Man the devs need to chill with toughness break without elements requirements. It kills the whole principle of bringing a character to counter an enemy and new characters will definitely overshadow older ones

If the character is break related they kinda NEED it. But yeah I don't like that they put it on fei xiao. Although she kinda does need it to be the top pick at AS.

@wallnut7624 not even break effect characters need it . Just put the choose your character in a way that it will counter the enemy or they should release break supports that can put the weaknesse on the enemy like sw

@speedwagon914 no. They DEFINITELY NEED IT. There's only 4 character you can use at a time. If they make a break dps that NEEDS a team that counter enemy toughness balancing them will be a nightmare. Your gonna need HMC, a sustain and obviously the break dps. Now that leave you with ONE character that NEEDS to be able to break every enemy since the other 3 characters can't be replace except maybe the sustain. Now if the enemy doesn't match the element of 3 of your teammates you are cooked. You might say silver wolf but then if you NEED 1 LIMITED 5 star character from from a year ago to make a dps practical which is also a pain to use since rng the character value will go to trash. Also are we forgetting Ruan mei EXIST? If you use silver wolf or any other character that counter the enemy you won't be able to use Ruan mei. You might say just buff the character to increase their value but then you'll end up with a chapter that will np diff content with same weakness but be borderline useless when element doesn't matched the enemy. Why pull this character if you can't just get another character that will do more content and not be useless a lot of the time?

At this point what is the use of elements if all new characters can ignore toughness? When Acheron had it, it was so unique and she is an emenator but now every new characters gets it.

Gameplay wise break dps should be the only one to be able to deal toughness dmg regardless of dmg type. Acheron and feixiao shouldnt have it in the first place Edit: my bad about feixiao. I had a brain fart moment and thought her break efficiency as all type toughness dmg

Okayyyyyy, so fellow E0S1 Acheron here. I've like really considered JQ and spent way too much time looking through spreadsheets, videos showcasing teams etc etc. General takeaway that I got from all of it is this. If you have Pela with Resolution LC (the one with Luka on it) and SW built, and you're looking for single target DMG specifically, then a combination of those two gets you more DMG single target DMG than JQ + either of the two. HOWEVER, his utility with not needing to re-apply debuffs to new enemies (due to how ult works), as well as how he absolutely stacks faster than the other two, DOES make up for the DMG difference in my personal opinion. As you mentioned you might go for Robin, this works out potentially even better for you, as the current best Acheron team (as far as I know at least), has actually become: Acheron, JQ, Robin, Gallagher with Quid Pro Quo (LC that grants Ult Energy to random ally below 50% energy. Preferably S5 on it, but it should still work even IF it's lower S, albeit much less effectively. A thing to note, sometimes the Energy from QPQ will go into Acheron instead of Robin, there's not much that can be done about THAT in specific sadly). This team works even if it's E0 Acheron, meaning yes, you'd be running 1 nihility unit only, that being JQ, and the team still works wonders, the fact you won't have the 2 nihility units needed for Acheron's passive to be at full power is actually made up for thanks to Robin's buffs + Action Advance to the whole team with ult. Gallagher is there as the QPQ user mostly because he has 2 debuffs he can apply (use ult, and then enhanced basic attack), and due to his 100% Action Advance on ult usage, he instantly will proc QPQ twice in a row. Now if you want me to be completely honest with you, my general word of advice is this, ask yourself if you like JQ as a character before anything else, if you can answer with 'Yes' then there's no need to think about it any more. My motto, and recommendation will always be "Pull what you LIKE" first and foremost, but I will always provide my personal take on Numbers as well. Do I think JQ is realistically completely mandatory for Acheron? That depends really, if she's one of your favourite characters to use, be it cause of lore, design, or just gameplay mechanics, then you'd want to invest in getting everything she realistically wants, which undeniably means getting JQ. I'm personally going to get JQ because I like him as a character and think there's more to him that we will soon learn in the next version, and then skip everything until Sunday, because I also love him as a character. Then if I have the jades to spare, I'd like to make an attempt to invest in getting up to E2 Acheron, or at the very least E1 for the CR, as I'm sitting at 57% CR but like 260% CD with 4k ATK. And after Sunday or Acheron rerun (depending on which happens last), I'm saving jades up for the Fate UBW collab. Sending my prayers for playable Gilgamesh that I can E6S5.

You can use many teams, like for Hypercarry team - Acheron, Jiaoqiu/ pela, silverwolf, Aventurine If you unlocked Acheron's 2nd Eidolon, you can replace your second Nihility unit with a Harmony unit and still activate the full DMG buff from Acheron's Bonus Ability. - Acheron e2, Jiaoqiu, sparkle, Aventurine These two are best teams.

I don't think there's a leaked character called Zika. Even in old leaks, the only rare names mentioned were Stephen Lloyd and Elio. There's also a mysterious model that look like Ratio's brother and Cowboy girl from Talia
