Not particular to this playthrough, but I have discovered somethign of a bug that can be exploited. When you build a normal trapper it works as intended. But when you update it to a hunter it will automatically have 100% efficiency even if there are little trees around. Just don't ever move the working area once you upgrade the trapper. The working area will be on the building, but efficiency will always be 100%.

Why do you avoid overlap on water structures? I dont have the DLCs but when I place my water structures overlaping it never seems to afect them and once you build the drilld wells they get max pruduction no mater what so the denser the beter.

I think there was three DLCs included in the "Ultimate Colony Edition" package. So if you bought that I guess Rebirth was the third DLC to be included there.
