Hey been subscribed to you since I was a teenager, in my 30's now and still playing. Still using things you taught me. You're in my heart forever. Love you, keep it up!

Well, I've had 3+ ischemic strokes in the last 9 months and have lost 50 years of playing ability. You sir have the ability to make me try and play again. I will never give up that hope that I will.

I have all of his lessons and archives on discs and they are awesome. Do yourself a favor and order the thumb drive. It will be money well spent and is a bargain at any price. You are in my prayers Ed. Hang in there.

Your KZbin is great. I'm sad to hear about your troubles but I wish to thank you for your excellent videos over the years, good music like what you teach is almost a lost art nowadays. Much love from Ireland.

That’s a great looking guitar Ed, but you’re the one who gives it its voice. I’ve followed you for years and I’ve never seen anyone who lives and breathes guitars like you do. It’s beautiful and inspiring.

DBT- thanks for all you do. Your style is unique, all about feel/tempo. Inspired me to pick up the guitar after 10 yrs. Been following from the start.

Gutted to hear your health news. Keep strong and determined. That appears to be the best plan in cases of incipient memory loss. Thinking of you la. Much luv - Berni PS Great looking vintage instrument and an ingenious solution to the D string / bracing problem. PPS Great to hear you play. Don't be so hard on yourself if you don't get things right. It wasn't that long back when you couldn't play at all! You're out of practice is all!

I’m sorry to hear this.Nothing to do with poor me if you can’t play as you think you ought to.My dad has Alzheimer’s but I do think he’s in the minority that doesn’t seem to get down about it and is at at peace with albeit he has family around all the time. I tried bidding on a Kalamazoo at auction, not been touched since it was set up for Hawaiian slide, went for £700 and would of needed work converting it back. Hang there as we all know you’re a good man and try and take some comfort from knowing how many you’ve helped.
