Guys A bit of correction from my side : Changli's banner will be released on July 22, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+8). And, it will be available only until August 14, 2024, 11:59 am (UTC+8).

you know why this might be smart? Xiangli yao is a male banner, and we all know male banner dont do as good as female banner. so they give 1 copy for free, enticing you to pull for his weapon. this is a 200 IQ cheess move that I totally believed with spike up their revenue on his banner

over the coming updates/events/100% exploration you should have a lot more pulls to secure 1 guaranteed + you might get lucky and bit both early
