you have, no cap. any built dps can clear toa, even 4*. in most cases it's just practice and you'll eventually learn all bosses atk and then optimize your rotations to not waste any second. that way any dps can clear in around 1:40 with a subdps

For anyone thinking that they have skill because they have other stronger characters like Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhsi, Changli or Zhezhi *(their signature weapon included or not)* and still can't clear the Tower of Adversity or Tactical Holograms completely , it's not skill issue necessarily It could be that either you all don't have a God like gaming phone or perhaps don't get the desired sub stats on your echoes even on your 69th tries Or You're all just too lazy like me to try and build a character perfectly

@@seekeroftruth45 I'm at Union 59, half way to 60 (sorta low for a Day one player because I didn't play as much in the beginning) but like yeah, all my teams are at level 80 and 70 and have levelled talents/traces (I'm not sure what they're called in WuWa), so I just need some decent stats now Update - 07/10/2024 Union level 63 Jinhsi, Zhezhi, Changli, Xiangli Yao have decent ratios, Verina is also built Baizhi, Yangyang, Jiyan, Encore, Mortefi are still W.I.P but i'm going to focus on the built characters talents for now since I can swap echoes and weapons for TOA anyways (Jinhsi, Changli, Rover, Encore are all level 90)

Eh... you dont actually need minmaxing echoes I got okay-ish one and I can clear toa and overdrive easy, you just need to max your skill lvl and BUILD SANHUA for newer player I cant recommend Sanhua enough shes crazy, shes like the bennet of Wuwa.

Great video! as a fellow no-wish enthusiast I can't wait for the new 4 star weapon we are getting in 1.3, the gauntlet weapon has around 200 more ATK than the craftable one. Also I suggest swapping Yuanwu's weapon with the craftable 3 star version and also the common echos with defense main stat. Many people underestimate his defense scaling but he makes clearing the early levels of ToA much easier. I assume you used some astrites to refill waveplates since after all why not. I just want to point it out to those who are curious, the total amount of accessible astrites before 1.3 patch should be around 53000. I currently have gathered 50k, 2k~ of which is from trophies and I've missed out on around 2.5k astrites from not being able to 30/30 the ToA. I really hope to see more videos from this account on your channel in the future
